Thailand is having exceptionally big number of
National Parks. One of those – and maybe the most visited one - is Hat
Noppharat Thara - Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park. Hat Noppharat Thara - Mu Ko Phi
Phi National Park is mostly known from its Phi Phi Island and its mass tourism.
It’s also known from movie The Beach.
I visited the park by doing the daytrip from Ao Nang and although we saw some
stunning landscapes during the day, the visit made me mainly sad. The sad thing
about this place is that I bet most of the people visiting the park don’t even
realize that they are visiting the National Park. And unfortunately you can
also see it as ignorance – it’s how people are behaving here and littering. It’s
really contradictory – the place is famous from its nature, but still you can
see that we are not able to appreciate and value that...
